Israeli warplanes bomb Gaza Strip

GAZA – Israeli warplanes bombed the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip on Friday, following a rocket attack on southern Israel a day earlier.

Three children were reported injured by flying debris after the air raids that came in the early hours of Friday in eastern Gaza City, al-Jazeera reported.

The Israeli military said the air strikes targeted four weapons factories, BBC News reported. There was confusion about the number of strikes with reports ranging from seven to 13.

    I think she may have a valid point there. If they hit Iran, then Gaza has turned into a mini Iran, and they will attack Israel, they are waiting for this.

    A friend of mine from Israel sent an email in which she said, “It feels like the war (meaning with Iran) has already started”, referring to the bombings of Gaza…she wonders if Israel is taking out Gaza befor going into Iran….effectively minimizing the threat from Gaza if and when they do go into Iran…
