One exile is when they remove us from our land, but the spiritual exile is much more difficult; it is exile that takes place when the connection between the Nation and its land is forgotten. We all know what exile is. Exile is what happens to a person who was kicked off his land. But this is not the worst exile. It is possible to exile a nation from its land by force, but if the nation aspires to return, sets up days of mourning in memory of the exile, remembers each centimeter of its land, remembers its history in that land, remains faithful to the holy sites and its Forefathers burial ground and educates each generation from generation to generation to remember the land under any conditions, then this exile is never complete because the connection between the nation and its land was never entirely severed.
Memory, education and longing—all three are the methods to defend from the full force of the exile effect and they might preserve a nation until such time when it is possible to stop the exile and begin returning from it. If so, what is full exile? Full exile takes ... more »

Israel's Chief Rabbinate has ratified a ruling forbidding Jews from attending the upcoming Feast of Tabernacles celebration put on by the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem. The Chief Rabbinate's Committee for the Prevention of Missionary Work in the Holy Land made the decision last month, though it was only officially approved by Israel's two chief rabbis this week. In the decision, the Chief Rabbinate welcomes the thousands of Christians who will participate in the event to the Holy Land and thanks them for their support. The ruling goes on, however, to ban Jews from the Feast of Tabernacles, claiming that “the information we have states that some of the bodies gathering there are active in attempting to convert us from our faith.” Earlier this year, a rabbinical court acting on purported evidence provided by an anti-missionary organization forbid future cooperation between Christians and Jews in areas of social assistance. Such organizations insist the ICEJ and other Christian Zionist ministries operating in Israel have as their ultimate goal the conversion of all Jews to Christianity.

Let's take a deeper look into the unfolding Olmert-Rice-Abbas Scam. It's a given that Bush-Rice-Baker, in collaboration with the E.U., U.N., Russians, Arab League, Saudi Arabia can succeed in voting Israel's territory over to the Arab Muslims. It could happen as soon as the upcoming November "summit."The imposed handover would include Judea and Samaria, (Israel's heartland, called by its enemies and collaborators as "Palestine" or the "West Bank"), half of Jerusalem as a "capital" for the Fatah/Hamas terrorists, the Golan Heights down to the Kinneret (handed to Syria) and the Jordan Valley (a natural barrier to stop invading armies through Jordan from Iraq or Iran). To do this, Olmert must drive 250,000 to 500,000 Jews out of their homes in those territories. How do the planners of the expulsion intend to accomplish this? How do Olmert and Bush plan to pay for resettling the 250,000 to 500,000 Jewish men, women and children who would need to be expelled? The cost would be in the Billions, so the the plan is simply not to pay. It worked like a charm just two years ago.It was the Gaza Disengagement "bait and switch." Sharon, along with his right-hand-men Olmert, Weisglass, Livni and the Kadima ... more »

Proof of cooperation between Iran and Syria in the proliferation and development of weapons of mass destruction was brought to light Monday in Jane's Defence Weekly, which reported that dozens of Iranian engineers and 15 Syrian officers were killed in a July 23 accident in Syria. According to the report, cited by Channel 10, the joint Syrian-Iranian team was attempting to mount a chemical warhead on a Scud missile when the explosion occurred, spreading lethal chemical agents, including sarin nerve gas. Reports of the accident were circulated at the time; however, no details were released by the Syrian government, and there were no hints of an Iranian connection. The report comes on the heels of criticism leveled by the Syrians at the United States, accusing it of spreading "false" claims of Syrian nuclear activity and cooperation with North Korea to excuse an alleged Israeli air incursion over the country this month. According to globalsecurity.org, Syria is not a signatory of either the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC), - an international agreement banning the production, stockpiling or use of chemical weapons - or the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CTBT). Syria began developing chemical weapons in 1973, just before the Yom ... more »

Reports surfaced this week that Israel had launched an air attack against a site in Syria believed to be a nuclear-related facility containing material delivered by North Korea. The Sept. 6 air strike generated surprisingly little outcry from the rest of the world, and not as much press as might be expected. But it could have major implications: Some see the attack as a warning to Iran that Israel will not allow a nuclear-armed adversary in the region. The strike was carried out several days after a ship with North Korean cargo docked in a Syrian port, according to current and former American and Israeli officials. The cargo was transferred to the site Israel later attacked, the officials told the New York Times. North Korea has previously sold weapons and missile technology to Syria as well as Iran, but it has never been caught exporting nuclear-related material to either country. Details about the raid remain elusive. But as the officials spoke anonymously, China abruptly canceled plans to host diplomatic discussions in Beijing on North Korea’s intentions to disband its nuclear facilities. China’s move was seen as an attempt to avoid a possible confrontation between the U.S. and North Korea over ... more »

Iran said on Wednesday it would use "all our means" to defend itself if attacked by the West, three days after France's foreign minister publicly raised the possibility of war over Tehran's disputed nuclear activities. When asked whether Iran would block the Hormuz Strait, the world's most important water way for oil shipments, if attacked, government spokesman Gholamhossein Elham dismissed it as "far- fetched" that anybody would take "this foolish option."But, "we would use all our means to defend ourselves because territorial integrity is a key issue for every country," he told a news conference. He did not elaborate. Iran has previously threatened to hit U.S. regional interests if the United States launches a military strike against the Islamic Republic. The world's fourth-largest crude producer, which rejects Western accusations it is seeking to develop nuclear bombs, has also said it will not rule out using oil as a weapon if attacked.Analysts fear Iran could seek to impede traffic through the Strait of Hormuz in any retaliation by threatening merchant shipping. U.S. naval chiefs are concerned that Iran could resort to mining the strait and the wider Gulf in a major conflict. The strategic sea channel which shares Iran's coastline at the entrance to the ... more »

'We don't feel WND is appropriate for a business conference'-EuroMoney PLC, the UK-based company that arranges dozens of financial conferences around the world each year, has refused to allow WND staff reporter Jerome Corsi to attend next week's "North American PPP (Public-Private Partnership) & Infrastructure Finance Conference" in New York, even though WND offered to pay the $1,999 conference fee required to attend. "When government officials want to go behind closed doors with investment bankers and lawyers to discuss selling our public infrastructure to foreign investment leaders, investigative reporters need to be there to tell the public what is really going on," Corsi said. "Why is it that all these PPP and SPP (Security and Prosperity Partnership) meetings are behind closed doors," Corsi asked, "and government officials and their supporters think that's normal? But when investigative reporters want to attend and report on what is being said, we are the ones who get accused of being the conspiracy theorists?" "By refusing to allow WND to attend as a paying customer," Corsi argued, "EuroMoney is telling the American public that they intend to conduct a secret meeting designed to teach government officials how to sell out U.S. public infrastructure to foreign ... more »

A muslim dentist made a woman wear Islamic dress as the price of accepting her as an NHS patient, it is alleged. Omer Butt is said to have told the patient that unless she wore a headscarf she would have to find another practice. Later this month, Mr Butt will appear before a General Dental Council professional misconduct hearing, which has the power to strike him off. It is claimed that the 31-year-old dentist asked to speak to the woman in private after she turned up for an appointment at his clinic in Bury. According to the charges, he questioned her on whether she was a Muslim and told her that if he was to treat her she would have to wear Islamic dress. He is also said to have read out a number of religious rules to her. He then told his nurse to give the patient her own headscarf to wear, the accusation says. It is not known whether the woman was a Muslim. The charges to be heard by the General Dental Council say that Mr Butt undermined public confidence in his profession by discriminating against a patient and failed to ... more »

I am pleased to announce that our initial "Black Regiment" directory is now online. We received more than 800 responses to my initial appeal back in July. See http://www.chuckbaldwinlive.com/c2007/cbarchive_20070724.html Obviously, we had to sift through all these recommendations and also contact each one individually in order to obtain their consent to be listed. The initial list is now up and can be seen here: http://www.chuckbaldwinlive.com/blackregiment.php For those who may not be aware of what I am talking about, the "Black Regiment" (also called the "Black-Robed Regiment") was a group of patriot-pastors in Colonial America who greatly assisted America's fight for freedom by courageously preaching the Biblical principles of liberty and independence from their pulpits. These were preachers from virtually every protestant denomination throughout the colonies. The moniker came from the tendency of these preachers to wear long, black robes in their pulpits. My attempt to identify modern-day preachers who will emulate our Christian forebears and once again "proclaim liberty throughout the land" stems from the numerous requests I have from people all over America desiring to locate such pastors. People across the country are desperate to find courageous men of God who are not afraid to preach ... more » |
