A CHILLING new timetable is now being put on the North Korean nuclear
crisis by senior Chinese analysts.
After a few more months of failure to get North Korea back to
six-nation disarmament talks, the US refers the issue to the UN
Security Council in August or September.
Sanctions against the communist state are approved in October – a move
Pyongyang has warned will be treated as a declaration of war.

When the Muslim World erupted in indignation and violence over the
alleged desecration of the Koran, my thoughts went to the need to
resist any notion or practice that says Islam, either for what it does
or says, is beyond criticism. The Muslims burn our flags and piss on
our leaders and they call for our death and destruction but G-d forbid
we should cast aspersions on their holy Koran.
