Warning of Troublesome Times: Van Der Hoeven Speaks out!

In a recent letter sent out to his supporters and others, Director of the International Christian Zionist Center, Jan Van der Hoeven, speaks pointedly about the events shaping up.
He mentions Barak Hussein Obama, who many have voted for in the current Democratic process for president. Van der Hoeven, however, quotes out of Obama’s book, Audacity of Hope, saying "I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction." The problem outright for many is, "why are Americans so enamored with this character that shows vestiges of Islam and Muslim sympathies. Not yet elected for sure, but are Americans so blinded, so stupefied by the process that they will believe anything the candidates say? Will they also ignore what many have brought to the forefront about this man?
Further, Van der Hoeven speaks of the current Russian situation, which we know from the news that Putin’s new man has been elected. The question here, of course, very obviously is this, "how can there be a true election if only one guy is running?" Putin has effectively gotten rid of all the critics around the state of Russia. The director Van der Hoeven says on this issue:
Twenty two courageous journalists, who had the courage to speak out against Putin's totally power-mad, corrupt and undemocratic ways, were mysteriously murdered. Today, via his self-selected right-hand man Dmitry Medvedev - who just became Russia's new president in a staged and Putin-manipulated election - Putin has now been appointed the country's Prime Minister. Medvedev, who is completely faithful to his former boss, has thus prepared the way for Putin to become Russia's absolute ruler in the coming years
It is interesting to note that he also quotes a bit of scripture that I do all the time, which is, "Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man." Luke 21:36. It is here that the Director of the Zionist Center brings the point to all of this, that:
"A great falling away will occur among many believers, and that we need to take heed to ourselves that we will be found worthy and spotless at the time of His coming."
The times coming are going to be truly troublesome, as the world will enter into the time of "Jacobs’s trouble." It is coming as a snare upon all the earth, Jesus Said. It is a warning, we need to take heed. For the elections of a person as President will not take the sting out of what is coming. The simple truth is governments cannot be trusted. Our forefathers did not trust them, neither should we. But the fact is, many Americans do trust their government, and unfortunately believe what the liberal media says as well.
Many Christians have been seduced by the prophets and priests in the churches in the coffin lined, sofa cushion, cathedrals, of today. They go for one hour or two hours a week, listen to the soft soothing drizzle that they believe is the true Word of God. The result is a mixture of soft soap teaching that fills the taste buds with zero spiritual calories and prepares the church for absolutely nothing as well but trouble. Will the believer be able to stand or fall to the winds of mediocrity and political machinery? Will the believer stand on the Word of God, enduring to the end as a witness to the truth, or conform to the world’s wisdom and lose it all?
The letter that Van der Hoeven writes brings to a point what I and others have said for years, which is a time is coming, the war will heat up, and the "true believer will be hated in all corridors of all nations, by all people." The truth is we are warned about this time over and over in scripture. Jesus told us about it before hand. Why? So we would be prepared and ready, enduring to the end! He asked a question, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth? The Apostle Paul warned us in 2 Thessalonians of a time of delusion. A time when people refused the Love of the Truth, which is Jesus Christ, a time when many would fall away, this is what is coming ahead for all. Again, let us ask the question: Will the church be able to stand when this comes? Everyone needs to be ready, watchful, and FAST, Pray, and Seek the Lord. You need to be as the 5 wise virgins, who were ready when their master appeared, when the bridegroom came for them. Their lamps were full of oil, the wicks trimmed, and the fire lit and burning hot. For Christ warned the Lukewarm church, that he would "spew them out of his mouth", if they did not repent.
Matthew 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened. 23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. 24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. 25 Behold, I have told you before.
Mark 13:13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Luke 18:8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?
Jay Van der Hoeven then says, what we have said so often about this issue! It or that is these teachings, the hard things to come, are so at "variance or odds or against" with what most Christians are taught. He said:
This all is so at variance with most of what is taught and preached from many a pulpit today. It will even anger many Christian believers to read or hear such words, as it must have angered many Jews when they heard Jeremiah say there was no hope for a victory over Nebuchadnezzar, and that it would be pointless to try to fight him when he came to invade Israel and Jerusalem. They were furious with such defeatist words and threw him down a well. We are much the same. While the enemy is closing in upon us - and the night descends - we still want to believe God will turn it around in time. But He won't!
Therefore, be ye ready, to stand, therefore, having done all to stand, stand!
