Come join the Battalion of Deborah on the Israel Extreme , Up to Zion Tour. This tour date was changed by popular demand. Due to Israel 60th year birthday, tourism is amazing this year. Getting air flights,hotels, has been a challenge to say the least.You know when it is the Lord, doors open, and we were able to keep the same price!
Read each day because we have had many changes and great additions to our itinerary.
Day 1
March 28 Fri.
Leave for Israel
Day 2
March 29- Sat.
We will arrive at Ben Gurion airport around three in the afternoon.We will have our guide we have had for many years Gilla Tribech who has worked hard trying to get in all of our unusual request.We will board the bus and head up to the Golan Heights to our most favorite place Hagoshrim Kibbutz hotel. We will be stopping at many places on the way depending on when we are able to leave the airport. Day 3

March 30- Sun.
After breakfast you will be divided into teams. Each team will be taken to  several different bases of  Israeli tank division called the "Barak Brigade." Once you arrive you will see that these bases are like M.A.S.H. units. One area in need is where these kids reside, are the barracks. The IDF is mostly made up of kids from 18-21yrs. It is very hard for them, and we all know this is God's army, and many ways we can be effective to help these soldiers.  If we can make their living accommodation's feel like home this can make a difference in the morale for each of these kids. So, by saying this, we will have a contest between each team. It will be called " Extreme Make Over."  Each team will be assigned to one barrack to make over.  Your team will think of a theme like "Sponge Bob," for example. The team will  use the theme they have decided on and decorate the barrack to  fit the theme.  The last day the  Colonel  will select the winning team. He will then have a special surprise for this team.!!!!
Day 4

March 31 Mon.
This will be your second day on the base working hard to compete with your other teams. You will be interacting with the soldiers wearing your IDF uniforms, eating lunch with all these soldiers, and Colonel. How exciting is this? This is Israel's most strategic tank division  that you will be working with. Go figure, God has put you in such a place as this to do one main thing, love ! These soldiers need your love more than anything to be able to face this coming year.
The Colonel will judge the rooms , then announce the winning team !!!
Day 5

April 1 Tues.
Then off to the Sea of Galilee .where we will be staying at Nof Ginossar a Kibbutz hotel located by the Jesus Boat.( Gilla is still trying to get Hotel Maagon, but sue to high volume not too promising.) Here we will be able to visit many sites of the Galilee including most of Jesus's favorite areas like Capernaum, even Mark and Matthew referred to this as Jesus' hometown.  Mount of Beatitudes, where the famous sermon on the mount from Matthew 5. Then we will be going down to the Jordan River  to the tradition site of the Baptism of Jesus, for those who desire to be baptized this will be available. We will go back to the hotel freshen up and enjoy a night time boat ride on the Sea of Galilee.

Day 6
April 2 Wed.
Up to Zion !!
We leave the Galilee and head " Up to Zion." Here we will staying right next to the famous Ben Yehuda street at the hotel

Then we will leave there and tour the Supreme Court. This is another unique building filled with history and future which  will answer many questions you have as why many leaders make the choice of direction they do.
We will then have time in the Jewish Quarters, and spend some time with our friends the Kempinski's. You will have free time here to shop. We will then meet up with Rabbi Chaim Richmond for him to show us this new High Priest crown that is now ready for the temple.
From there we will go to the Wall and go to the excavations of the Mughrabi gate that is in the news from time to time. You will see first hand what is causing all the problems.
Now we will go to Ben Yehuda so you can have free time to shop and visits shops.
The hotel is located right by this area so evenings you can go here from time to time.
Day 7
Thurs. April 3
We will leave early this morning to go on armored bus to Samaria. This will be another highlight of your trip you will never forget.  We will be guided by our great friend Elyakim HaEtzni along with Gilla. There we will be greeted by the Yeshiva at Elon Moreh. Click Here This is the place of Abraham's first promise. ( Gen. 12:5,6.) We will spend time with the Yeshiva students and see first hand how the Yeshiva is operated. From the yeshiva we will head toward the area of the Samaritans and visit the temple ruins of Mount Gerizim. The Samaritans are a small ethnic group who consider themselves descendants from the Israelites . They believe only in the five books of Moses and practice the rites mentioned in the Torah.  They still perform Passover sacrifice even today. . Then we will head up to the out post on Mount Garizem . You will see actual outpost that you read about in the news, and see why this is vital for Israel to protect the "Promise."
Day 8
Friday April 4
We will have a relaxing day in the Old City with much free time. Then we will go over to the Menachem Begin center where you will feel a part of this time, this museum will capture history where you can grasp the real fight and how he was a major part of shaping the history as we know it. We will leave there and head to the open market Mahane Yehuda. Here you can get fresh fruit, and watch all the Jewish people prepare for Shabbat. This is a perfect time to be here to watch how excited people are when Shabbat is a few hours away. Then we will go back to the hotel so we can refresh and go to the Kotel and be there when Shabbat starts.Click Here
 On many occasions the Yeshiva students are singing and dancing. Then we go back to our hotel for our Shabbat dinner.
Day 9
Sat. April 5
This is the time to visit our Christian sites, the Garden Tomb. the Upper Room on Mount Zion. Pool of Bethesda.,Via Dolorosa Lunch in the old City and free time to enjoy the buying and bargaining with shop owners.
Then off to the Mount of Olives, walking down the mountain to the Garden of Gethsemane.
There are many of you that are frequent fliers to Israel and have seen these sites so many times. We have no problem in all these areas if you want to go off and do other things as long as we know a head of time not to count you.
Day 10
Sun. April 6
Today we will be heading toward the Dead Sea for a trip you will never forget. Here we will be visiting Masada.  This was another fortress of Herod, later becoming a place of safety for the Zealots when Titus and his Roman army tried to overtake them. Rather than going under the hands of such a maniac, suicide was the better option.
We will now leave  Masada and drive South to Kfar Hanokdim Jewish Bedouin Village to experience the life of the Bedouin.
There we will journey on donkeys  and camels to an oasis in the middle of the Judean desert. Here we will have the most unusual night of this trip. We will be spending the night for a real desert experience , in a Jewish Bedouin tent communal style. They do have great rest rooms, showers. The dinner will be served Abraham style. This will be no doubt a true dessert experience ! For those who want to have time to walk and be with God, or just enjoy this setting.
For the ones who are not so brave there is a choice at no extra cost !! After you have ridden down on camels, enjoyed this wonderful Bedouin food  if you would rather not spend the night the bus will take those to the city of Arad to the hotel Inbar.
Day 11
April 7 Mon.
This is our last day, but it will be packed. We will leave Jerusalem and head towards the cost where we will meet up with the people we all help support from Gush Katif. We will be collecting offerings before we leave for the ones who need funds for food for Passover. There you will meet Rabbi Cohen and his wife Amatzia their temporary residence since 2005, and hear their vision for the future.
We will ten have lunch at Assaf Harofe where our friend Aharon will meet us and treat us to a nice lunch, and then spend some time to tour the facility so we will know what we are supporting and how this need is so great.
Now we will head towards Tel Aviv go to Independence Hall.  Once you tour this amazing area you will see Isaiah 66:8  coming a live. Israel was born in one day , at this very spot 60 years ago !! You are part of prophecy in the making , something Isaiah foretold thousands of years ago. That day in 1948 when Ben Guiron gave the speech that traveled across the world, Israel is reborn ! This setting is the same as it was in  1948.
Then from there we will see a  a major player who lead up to this event that few Christians have ever heard of, "Ze'ev Jabotinsky - Historical Life-Span".  The Jabotinsky Museum.
On display is Jabotinsky's life within its historical connection, emphasizing his political and educational activities in service of Zionism, as well as his Hebrew cultural and literary heritage. Click Here
We will now go to Tel Aviv for dinner, and then off to the airport for our return home. 
*While in Jerusalem we will have many guest to visit us at our hotel. We will are blessed with so many friends. You will meet Knesset members, ministry leaders, and ones who are pivotal in securing the land of Israel to their biblical mandate.

This includes everything but lunch, and some of those are covered. All tax, tips dinner, air, bus is included. We will ask for love offerings for our guide and driver, plus the families of Gush Katif.
*Delta Airlines is reserving seats now, but we have a little over a week to secure these seats. If we wait these seats jump in price. To assure this rate we must have the airlines paid by next week.
