President George Bush has scheduled a Middle East conference to take place on November 27, 2007, in Annapolis, Maryland. The object of this conference is to divide the land of Israel. This is the latest in a series of meetings and agreements, starting in October 1991 with the Madrid Peace Process and continuing with Oslo I and II, Wye, Camp David, Tennet, Mitchell, and Saudi agreements.

All these meetings and agreements have in common that the United States of America sponsored or supported them. America is the major force behind these meetings. The common thread is that Israel must surrender land for "peace."  The term "peace plan" is just a code word for Israel to give away land.
These conferences and agreements are directly contrary to the Word of God. America is interfering with the holy God of Israel's prophetic plan for His people and the ultimate redemption of mankind through the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus. The land of Israel was given by God to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and their descendants by an everlasting covenant:
Psalm 105:9 "Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac; And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant: Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance"
The upcoming Annapolis conference's aim is to divide the covenant land  including Jerusalem. The United States called this conference with the goal of dividing Israel and giving the land to Israel's enemies. The full power of the United States is behind dividing the land of Israel; therefore, the LORD God of Israel is now directly against America. For God's prophetic plan to go forward, the United States must be stopped. This means He must break the power of the United States. Let us look at the objectives of the Annapolis meeting:
To divide Jerusalem and give the Temple Mount to the Muslims.
To cede all of Judea and Samaria and establish an Arab terrorist state called Palestine with Jerusalem as its capital.
To give the Palestinians control of the mountain ridge overlooking Israel, placing all the large population centers within range of Katusha rockets.
To expel hundreds of thousands of Jews from their cities and to destroy their communities.
To allow huge numbers of Palestinian refugees into Israel; thus, changing the demographics of the nation.
The conference identifies the land to be divided as the "West Bank," meaning the West Bank of the Jordan River. The Bible calls this land Judea and Samaria. This is the very heart of the land promised to the Jewish people by God's everlasting covenant. Running through Judea and Samaria as a "spine" are the Mountains of Israel. These mountains are slated to become part of this planned Palestinian state. The Prophet Ezekiel speaks directly to this situation and shows the great danger the United States faces. America is directly confronting the prophetic word of God hovering over the Mountains of Israel.
Ezekiel states that the prophetic word of the holy God of Israel is actually directed at these mountains. There is a specific prophecy about these mountains that must come to pass.
Ezekiel 36:1,4,6 "Also, thou son of man, prophesy unto the mountains of Israel, and say, Ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the LORD:...Therefore, ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord GOD; Thus saith the Lord GOD to the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys, to the desolate wastes, and to the cities that are forsaken, which became a prey and derision to the residue of the heathen that are round about; ...Prophesy therefore concerning the land of Israel, and say unto the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys."
The prophet goes on to show that the Mountains of Israel were desolate, but now will once again be inhabited and blessed.
Ezekiel 36:8-11 "But ye, O mountains of Israel, ye shall shoot forth your branches, and yield your fruit to my people of Israel; for they are at hand to come. For, behold, I am for you, and I will turn unto you, and ye shall be tilled and sown: And I will multiply men upon you, all the house of Israel, even all of it: and the cities shall be inhabited, and the wastes shall be builded: And I will multiply upon you man and beast; and they shall increase and bring fruit: and I will settle you after your old estates, and will do better unto you than at your beginnings: and ye shall know that I am the LORD."
The regathering of the Jewish people back to the Mountains of Israel and the blessing of the land are all part of God's plan for the salvation of the nation. It is God, through political and social events, that is bringing the Jewish people back to the Mountains of Israel. He is giving the Jews their inheritance:
Ezekiel 36:12 "Yea, I will cause men to walk upon you, even my people Israel; and they shall possess thee, and thou shalt be their inheritance, and thou shalt no more henceforth bereave them of men."
Ezekiel 36:23-24 "And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, saith the Lord GOD, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes. For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land."
According to Ezekiel 36:23,24, God will use the regathering of the Jews to the Mountains of Israel as part of His process for all the nations to know that He is the LORD.
The Prophet goes on to say that the LORD God of Israel is against the Arabs (Idumea) who have taken the Mountains of Israel for their own possession! They do this with an evil heart and despiteful mind. By President Bush calling for a Palestinian State and removal of the Jews from the Mountains of Israel, he is siding with those who God is against. The judgment aimed at Idumea is now also aimed at the United States.
Ezekiel 36:5 "Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Surely in the fire of my jealousy have I spoken against the residue of the heathen, and against all Idumea, which have appointed my land into their possession with the joy of all their heart, with despiteful minds, to cast it out for a prey."
The conference calls for the dividing of Jerusalem. The Prophet Zechariah shows that Jerusalem will be a burdensome stone that cuts in pieces all that come against it. Jerusalem will be the undivided capital of Israel.
Zechariah 12:3,6,9 "And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it....and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place, even in Jerusalem.... And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem."
President Bush is running headlong into the prophetic word hovering over both the Mountains of Israel and Jerusalem. The problem is that because he is the President, he is bringing the United States into this confrontation.
Since October 1991, when President George H.W. Bush initiated the Madrid Peace Plan, God has warned America of this confrontation. On the very day the President initiated the Madrid Peace Process, his home in Kennebunkport, Maine was heavily damaged by a freak storm. In 1992, the "Peace Process" was moved to Washington, DC. On the very day of the first meeting, Hurricane Andrew slammed into Florida causing billions of dollars in damage and destroying a large section of southern Florida.
As the meeting continued, so did the disasters. Disaster after disaster hit always on the very day the United States was pressuring Israel to divide the covenant land. Some of the greatest disasters ever to hit America occurred on these days. These disasters include earthquakes, hurricanes, massive floods, huge wildfires, awesome tornado outbreaks and stock market crashes. Disasters that include: Hurricane Andrew, Northridge Earthquake, 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina. As America attempted to divide the land of Israel, awesome disasters hit the land of America. I have documented over 50 such correlations. The following is a list of just the disasters that happened when Arafat met with President Clinton to create a Palestinian state.
The Results of Dealing With Yasser Arafat
September 1, 1993: President Clinton announces he will meet Arafat and Rabin on September 13 in Washington, DC to begin the Oslo Peace Accords. After nearly a week of meandering in the Atlantic Ocean, Hurricane Emily hits North Carolina on this day.
March 2, 1997: Arafat meets with President Clinton in Washington, DC. The same day awesome tornado storms unleash tremendous damage in Arkansas and flooding in Kentucky and Ohio. Arkansas and Kentucky declared disaster areas.
January 21, 1998: President Clinton is waiting to meet with Arafat at the White House. At this exact time the President's sex scandal breaks.
September 27, 1998: Arafat is meeting with the President in Washington. Hurricane Georges hits Alabama and stalls. The Hurricane stalls until Arafat leaves and then it dissipates. Parts of Alabama declared a disaster area.
October 17, 1998: Arafat comes to the Wye Plantation meeting. Incredible rains fall on Texas which causes record flooding. FEMA declares parts of Texas a disaster area.
November 23, 1998: Arafat comes to America. He meets with President Clinton who is raising funds for the Palestinian state. On this day the stock market fell 216 points.
December 12, 1998: On this day the US House of Representatives votes to impeach President Clinton. At the very time of the impeachment, the President is meeting with Arafat in Gaza over the peace process.
March 23, 1999: Arafat meets with Clinton in Washington, DC. Market falls 219 points that day. The next day Clinton orders attack on Serbia.
September 3, 1999: Secretary of State Albright meets with Arafat in Israel. Hurricane Dennis comes ashore on this very day after weeks of changing course in the Atlantic Ocean.
September 22, 1999: Arafat meets with Clinton in Washington, DC. The day before and after the meeting the market falls more than 200 points each day. This was the first time in history the market lost more than 200 points for two days in a week. The market lost 524 points this week.
June 16, 2000: Arafat meets with President Clinton. The market falls 265 points on this day.
July 12-26, 2000: Arafat at the Camp David meetings. Powerful droughts throughout the country. Forest fires explode in West into uncontrolled fires. By the end of August, fire burns 7 million acres.
November 9, 2000: Arafat meets with President Clinton at the White House to try and salvage the peace process. This was just two days after the presidential election. The nation was just entering into an election crisis which was the worst in over 100 years.
November 11, 2001: Arafat speaks at the UN General Assembly and condemns Israel. He later meets with Secretary of State Colin Powell. On this day, Saddam threatens the US with nuclear weapons. Within 24 hours of meeting with Powell, an airplane crashes in NYC killing 265 people. The crash was 15 miles from where Arafat spoke.
Under pressure from the US, Israel releases siege of Arafat's headquarters. Massive tornado storm in eastern US with F-5 tornado very close to White House.
The Burden For America
God called me into the prophetic warning ministry in October 1987. He showed me that I failed to comprhend His holiness, and I had no real fear of Him in that He would judge national sin such as abortion and homosexuality. In 1992, God showed me that the United States was under judgment for attempting to divide the land of Israel. God sent numerous warning judgments in an attempt to awaken the Church that the nation was on a collision course with Him, and His wrath judgments were pending from which there is no recovery.
When Hebrew prophets spoke of judgment, they often used the word burden. The Hebrew word burden means a prophecy of doom. It gives the mental picture of the prophet in distress giving the prophecy. It is something the prophet must do to warn of the coming judgment from the holy God of Israel:
"The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap." Isaiah 17:1
The time to burden for America has now arrived. Since 1991, the three presidents have not wavered in their attempt to divide Israel. The current President Bush has stated over and over that he wants to create a Palestinian State. In July 2000, President Clinton attempted to create a Palestinian State. He brought Arafat and Israeli Prime Minster Barak to Camp David. The attempted agreement was nearly identical to the coming Annapolis meeting. Arafat refused a Palestinian State because he wanted total control of the Western Wall of the Temple Mount. The backdrop for this meeting was record wildfires in Western America. These record fires burned millions of acres.
The current President was warned at least three times not to divide Israel as he was provided with a least three copies of my books. My book As America Has Done To Israel was directly given to him by a United States Congressman in December 2006. He has been warned, but refuses to stop pressuring Israel to divide the land. He has become more adamant.
Twice I have felt the burden of the Lord for America. The first was just before 9/11 when President Bush kept pressuring Israel to negotiate with the Palestinians when they were sending wave after wave of homicide bombers into Israel. No matter how many Israelis were murdered; the President continued his pressure on Israel. On September 11, 2001, the homicide bombers attacked America. America was now under the same attack as Israel!
The second burden came in 2005 when Israel was pulling out of Gaza and parts of Samaria. I was in these settlements just a few weeks before the Jews were forced out. I prayed with the Jews and stood with them. I had a sense of dread for America if the settlers were forced off the covenant land. I watched in horror as the last Jew was forced off the covenant land. Hurricane Katrina literally formed as the last Jew was forced off. It headed into the Gulf of Mexico. I felt the burden for New Orleans and warned friends to flee the city. The United States was the force behind evacuating Jews from the covenant land and destroying Israeli settlements and now hundred of thousands of Americans were forced off their land and cities destroyed.
My burden for America is now fearfully strong over the Annapolis conference. President Bush has said on numerous occasions he wants the creation of a Palestinian State. This might be his last chance. His pressure on Israel to divide the land and Jerusalem will be enormous. It is obvious by his attempt to divide the covenant land that the President does not fear the holy God of Israel. He does not regard God's covenant with the Jews over the land. He operates like Israel is just a nation like any other and Jerusalem is a city just like any other.
I doubt that the President has one advisor who believes in the covenant. He is surrounded by unbelievers or false teachers. All the false teachings of replacement theology, preterism and all the other doctrines that deny the covenant are coming to a head.
God has warned through the Prophet Obadiah that He will judge a nation as it deals with Israel. If a nation tries to divide the covenant land and Jerusalem, that nation can expect severe judgment including the division of its own nation. My burden for America is God may divide the nation.
God may be signaling one of the judgments for the Annapolis conference. The President first mentioned the meeting during a speech on July 16. He actually stated it was time for Israel to look beyond the West Bank to the Golan and Negev! What arrogance to make a statement like this. This is what the President stated:
"Prime Minister Olmert has also made clear that Israel's future lies in the developing areas like the Negev and Galilee - not in continuing occupation of the West Bank... So unauthorized outposts should be removed and settlement expansion ended."
On Monday, the day the President made this speech the Stock Market was soaring. Just three days later, on July 19, the market closed over 14,000 points for an all time high. On Friday, July 20, the Stock Market took a down turn. The following week the mortgage debt crisis hit the market. During this week the market plunged and has been in chaos since. The value of the dollar also collapsed during this time
On November 2, Secretary of State Rice left for pre-Annapolis meeting talks in Israel. The day she left the market plunge 360 points and the entire time she was in Israel the market was melting down. The dollar continued its plunge..
When the President made his speech on July 16, calling for a meeting to establish a Palestinian State the stock market was heading for an all time high. Just one week later, the market was plunging in chaos along with the value of the dollar. From the timing of the speech and the financial chaos, it appears that God is about to judge the United States' economy. We might be on the verge of a 1929 style depression that leads to no way out.
America is again attempting to divide the covenant land. The last time was August 2005 and Gaza. This time it is the Mountains of Israel and Jerusalem. Hurricane Katrina coincided with Gaza. If Hurricane Katrina is a gauge, what magnitude of judgment is in store for even attempting to divide Judea, Samaria, Jerusalem and the Mountains of Israel!
America is ringed with massive earthquake faults. The New Madrid fault runs through the center of the country. Forcing Israel to divide the covenant land might cause God to divide America by a massive earthquake. Since 1991, God has warned America every way possible. Whatever the United States attempts with Israel, according to Obadiah the same will happen to America; 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina is all the proof needed.
It is time for the Church to rise up in prayer, fasting and repentance. It is time for leadership to confront President Bush with what he is doing with Israel. It is time to stand with the nation of Israel against dividing God's covenant land. If the President goes forward with pressuring Israel, our prayer should be mercy in judgment.
